Educational experiencse and professional expertise 

He graduated from Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of science and technolog and received PH.D degree. He has studied in Barrow neurological institute as a visiting scholar from 2015 to 2016, and xuanwu hospital in 2017 to learn microsurgical techniques of neurospinal and spinal cord. His clinical interest is in microsurgical operations on spine and spinal cord diseases. He specialisez in treatment for schwannomas, glioma, meningioma and degeneration of spinal, disc herniation, spinal stenosis, Chiari malformation, syringomyelia and tethered cord syndrome. He masters microscopy and neuroendoscopic surgery technology and has rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of brain and spine tumors, trigeminal neuralgia, hemifacial spasm, hydrocephalus, brain injury and cerebral hemorrhage. He concentrates on basic and clinical research on gliomas and has extensive experience in treating resistance of radiotherapy and chemotherapy for gliomas and recurrence.

Achievements in academic and professional fields 

He was awarded ‘Extraordinary young medical talent of Guangdong Province’.

He has undertaken one research projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China and four research projects by Guangdong Province. He published more than thirty papers in important domestic and international journals and ten papers were cited by Science Citation Index.
