Educational Experience and Professional Expertise:
Doctor Pu graduated from Wuhan University, engaged in urology, andrology and other related fields of clinical and scientific research for a long time, has a wealth of clinical experience. He specializes in the minimally invasive treatment for urinary tract tumors, calculi, obstruction and other diseases. He is especially good at robot-assisted surgery for urinary tract tumors (bladder cancer, prostate cancer, renal cancer, adrenal cancer), and has carried out in-depth research on Da Vinci robotic surgical operation and minimally invasive treatment for urinary tract diseases by laparoscopic technology. He is one of the doctors who have completed the largest number of cases of Da Vinci robotic surgery in Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital, Guangdong Academy of Medical Sciences.
He has been a visiting scholar at Beth Israel Medical Center in the United States, studying urological robot, laparoscopic and other minimally invasive surgery and andrology surgery. He has visited and studied in the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) in Germany and Martini-Klinik, a world-renowned prostate cancer treatment center. He has presided over and participated in a number of national, provincial and bureau level scientific research projects for many times. He has presided over a number of national projects, including the General Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Youth Foundation of China, the China Postdoctoral Research Program, and the Open Program of the Key Laboratory of Male Genetics and Genetics of the National Health and Family Planning Commission. He has presided over many projects, such as Guangzhou Science and Technology Plan Project, Guangdong Medical Research Fund, Scientific Research Project of Guangdong Traditional Chinese Medicine Bureau, Teacher Training Project of Sun Yat-sen University, etc. He has accumulated rich experience in clinical and scientific research on urology and andrology. He published articles in European Urology, Journal of Urology, Urology, Journal of Endumrology, and Journal of Sexual Medicine. More than 60 papers have been published in SCI and domestic core journals such as Medicine, among which 20 papers have been published in SCI and 16 have been published as the first author or corresponding author. He is Associate Editor of "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Premature Eaculation", 2013 edition of "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Andrology Diseases in China"; participated in the compilation of "Regional Clinical Laboratory and Pathological Specification Course"; participated in the editing of "Clinical Research Methods and Practices-Urology Case Analysis"; participated in the compilation of Diabetic Nephropathy; participated in the editing of "male infertility 100 questions 100 answers"; translated the ninth edition of Campbell-Walsh Urology, Threatest Ejaculation: From Etiology to Diagnosis and Treatment.
He is an expert of the Editing Committee of the Guide for Diagnosis and Treatment of Chinese Andrology Diseases (Manual), 2013 edition.
In 2010, he obtained the "Drug Clinical Trial Regulations, Technology and Practice Operation" (GCP Training) Qualification Certificate.
In 2012, he obtained the qualification of post training for male assisted reproductive technology from the Ministry of Health.
In 2020, he obtained the operation qualification of Da Vinci, a medical robot.
