He has been engaged in neurosurgery clinical work for more than 20 years, and has been focusing on diseases including meningiomas, pituitary adenomas, glioma, schwannoma of auditory nerve or trigeminal nerve or spinal nerve, ependymoma, craniopharyngioma, medulloblastoma, cavernous hemangioma and choroid plexus papilloma, epidermoid cyst, etc. He has rich experience in treating tumors in the skull base, saddle area and brain stem, and has unique insights in personalized comprehensive treatment for lung cancer with brain metastasis, and also has very rich experience in microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia, hemifacial spasm.

He went to New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center, Cleveland Clinic, Pittsburgh Medical Center of Pittsburgh University and NYU Langone Medical Center of New York University to study microneurosurgery and endoscopic Neurosurgery in 2013.

Education:

He studied Clinical Medicine and graduated from Shantou University in 1997. Then, he studied Neurosurgery and got a Master's degree of Shantou University in 2003. And then, He finished his study on Neurosurgery and got his Doctor's degree of Southern Medical University in 2008.

Awards and Honors:

The study on application of standard craniotomy with large bone flap for traumatic brain injury won the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Shantou in 2004.
