Clinical Interests
Dr. Zhou focuses on multidisciplinary treatment and minimally invasive surgery (robot-assisted and uni-portal VATS) for lung cancer, thoracoscopic-laparoscopic esophagectomy, funnel chest, palmar hyperhidrosis, benign or malignant lesions in lung and mediastinum, myasthenia gravis and thymic malignancies.

Dr. Zhou has published over 15 SCI papers in international journals as the first or corresponding author, including The Annals of Thoracic Surgery, Journal of Thoracic Oncology, International Journal of Nanomedicine, Biomaterials Science, Frontiers in Immunology, Frontiers in Oncology with total impact factor of over 50. He also published many other articles on Chinese peer-reviewed journals of thoracic surgery. In addition, Dr. Zhou has held 11 patents, in terms of utility model and invention.
