Vice president Yang has rich experience and expertise in hospital administration and clinical care. She has a well-researched understanding of hospital administration, cultural development, customer service, staff training, etc, and is the initiator of "Guangdong Alliance among Directors of Hospital Administrative Office" and "China Hospital Administration Office Directors Salon". Her current interest is artificial intelligence research on retinal image-assisted diagnosis of systemic diseases (application of artificial intelligence in Ophthalmology, eye health management, and fundus diseases). She has published more than 30 papers in SCI and core journals over the past 5 years, with a cumulative impact factor of 100.12 impact factor points. She published 1 monograph and obtained 2 patents and has presided over and participated in a number of national, provincial and municipal scientific research projects.
