Dr. He graduated from Medical English class, Department of Medicine, Zhongshan Medical University. He has taken up many positions in different departments at GDPH. He has been to Cambridge University, Johns Hopkins University and other institutions for further study. He has rich management experience, and has been undertaking in-depth research into hospital human resource management (he is one of the sponsors and advocates of human resource management research in Chinese hospitals), quality and safety management, the key path of public hospital reform, cadre health management, etc. On the clinical side, he is highly skilled at diagnosis and prevention of osteoporosis and diagnosis and treatment of frequently occurring and complex diseases in nephrology. He has presided over 8 projects funded by the Provincial Science and Technology Research Fund, published more than 40 papers, participated in the compilation of 5 monographs, such as Current therapy in internal medicine, and won the Third Prize of Provincial Medical Science and Technology Progress Award.
